The receipt printer is setup as a second printer; receipts are automatically printed out on the receipt printer while all letters and reports are automatically sent to your regular printer. Multiple Users $499
Multiple people can simultaneously use RentPlus to move customers in and out, take payments, run reports, pay bills, and more. Up to ten users can be connected on your local area network and simple link to a single copy of RentPlus, so the information on each workstation is always up to date. Licensed per workstation.
     
Custom Contract $150
(complex rental agreements may cost slightly more. Contract text must be provided in MS-Word or other electronic format.)

This features automates the process of extracting summary information from each of your facilities and combining the information in your home and/or regional offices. An easy-to-use report program is provided that combines the information from all of the sites into a series of reports that includes occupancy statistics, banking information, receivables reports, and other financial information. See at a glance which facilities are doing well and which need assistance in specific areas. Spot trends early to get the most from your portfolio of facilities.
