Avoiding the Outlook Security Warning Message
When Sending E-Mail from RentPlus

RentPlus will work fine with Office 2003 as far as exporting to Word or Excel and sending E-mail using Outlook. However, a security feature in Outlook 2003 (also Outlook 2000 with Service Release 2 installed) will cause a message box to popup each time that an e-mail is sent from RentPlus (see image below). While this may be okay for an individual e-mail, if you are sending a group of e-mail messages (for example, billing notices at the beginning of the day), this can be very annoying, to say the least!

There are no settings in Outlook, or programming that we can do, that will stop this. There is, however, a third-party utility that you can get that will solve the problem. This utility is called Express ClickYes. This FREE utility may be downloaded from www.contextmagic.com/downloads.htm

Below is a description of the problem and the Express ClickYes solution.

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses
A program is trying to send e-mail on your behalf
Express ClickYes is a tiny program that runs in the system tray and automatically clicks the Yes button for the Outlook security prompt that asks you to confirm mail sending from third party applications or access to Outlook's address book.

You can suspend or activate Express ClickYes by double-clicking its icon in the taskbar notification area (system tray). Developers can automate its behavior by sending special messages via standard Windows API functions.
