RentPlus / Digitech 700 Security History Setup 

Note: The Access Control Interface between RentPlus and the Digitech 700 must be working for the security history to function.

1. Copy the following files from the RentPlus CD to the indicated locations.

After copying each file, you must remove the read-only flag. To do so, use the Windows Explorer to locate each file, right click on the file and choose Properties then clear the checkbox marked read-only and click Ok.

2. Setup RentPlus to access the Digitech 700 data.

Select Tools | Setup | Access Control Interface. Select the active Digitech 700 security interface and click Edit. Fill in the Event Data file setting by browsing to the RentPlus Data folder and selecting the Digitech 700 data file (usually c:\rentplus\data\DigiData.mdb). Click Ok to save the settings.

Viewing Security Events

The security events for particular customers can then be displayed in the Customer Properties page. Click the Security History tab to view the history. If there are no security events available, the Security History tab will not be shown.

A report is available to display ALL of the security events.
