The RentPlus On-Line Help
should be your first resource for assistance. Just press F1 anytime to open the help
system. RentPlus also includes a Microsoft Word document
that is a printable version of the help screens. Select Print User Manual
from the Help and Resources tab (RentPlus 2.0) or the Help menu (RentPlus
1.8) to print all or part of the manual.
Note: the
content of the user manual is identical to the on-line help.
Requesting Assistance
If you need additional
assistance, you may contact HI-Tech technical support using e-mail, fax, or
telephone. Our first preference is for you to use e-mail. For best results,
use the Technical Support Request menu option from the RentPlus Help
menu. Using this option creates an e-mail that can be sent that includes
technical information about your computer and your RentPlus system, helping
our technical staff help you. Optionally, you may click here
or below to submit a request for support. Click Contact Us (above) for support fax and telephone numbers.

RentPlus 2.0: To download the latest updates to RentPlus 2.0, click Check
for Updates on the Help and Resources tab in RentPlus.
