About the RentPlus 2.0 OnLine Demonstration

What to try during the
demonstration:
When you start the demonstration here is what
will happen:
The
Demonstration will be displayed in the browser window or over the entire screen.
As the demonstration is starting:

You
will see the RentPlus Startup screen as it goes through various checks (this is
to make sure that everything is correct, such as the system date). Most of these
steps are very fast and you may not even notice them.

Next a
screen will be displayed showing progress the contracts in your system are
examined to make sure all charges have been added and notices generated.
Usually, there is nothing to do as these are normally done automatically
over-night.

The "Report Queue" screen
may be shown. This screen lists the late and billing
notices that are ready for printing, if any. In a live system, you could have these
print automatically. If you would like to see what a letter looks like,
highlight a letter in the list and click Preview. Click the button labeled
Close to close the Report Queue screen and move on to the next step.

If
there are any reminders scheduled for this day, then a popup screen may appear
showing you those reminders (again, click Close to continue).

The
RentPlus main screen will be displayed, and you are now able to navigate
throughout the screens, links, buttons, and options to view all of RentPlus.
Reports:

Reports
may be previewed on screen but in this demonstration they may not be printed or
exported to Microsoft Excel or Word, as they can be in the regular version of
RentPlus.
